CSU-Microsoft License Agreement Eligibility

Who is Eligible?

Current Students

Students who want licenses and software under this agreement must currently be enrolled full-time or part-time in a degree granting program in the California State University system (i.e., matriculating students). Who is Not Eligible below provides more details on eligibility.

Current Faculty and Staff

CSU faculty and staff (full-time and part-time) who use computers at work can install licensed Microsoft software on their university-owned computers. Under the Work at Home program (purchase required), CSU faculty and staff may install the CSU-MS licensed software on their desktop and laptop computers at their homes. CSU staff who do not use a computer at work are not eligible. Faculty in the FERP program are eligible since they continue to teach in the CSU.
